Our approach

At HeartMinded, we approach brain health from a polyvagal perspective, a theory that explains how our sense of safety, danger or life-threat can impact our behavior. Guided by the principle that we each have the innate ability to heal ourselves through nervous system regulation, we utilize a variety of body based therapies to help promote lasting neural and behavioral change.
